Our Story
Vacavision began with a simple belief: livestock producers are not lacking effort, commitment, or care. They are lacking visibility.
Every day, animals send signals that matter: a cow entering heat, the first signs of illness, a change in behavior, or a calving event that needs attention. The challenge is not a lack of dedication. It is that no human team can watch every animal, every second of the day.
Founded at Babson College by Bryan Ramirez Galindo, an entrepreneur from Cartagena, Colombia, Vacavision was created to help producers see what matters sooner. Using affordable cameras and artificial intelligence, we transform everyday barn activity into actionable insights related to fertility, health, stress, calving, and overall herd performance.
But Vacavision was not built from a desk. It was shaped through conversations with producers, visits to farms across the United States and Latin America, and a commitment to building technology that fits the reality of agriculture.
We believe the future of livestock management belongs to systems that help producers see earlier, act faster, and care better. Because every animal tells a story.
